About Us
Finding our own meaning and purpose
The M-A-P Team
Our journey together started in 2014 when we met at Liverpool John Moores University whilst studying an MSc in Sport Psychology. Little did we know that this would be the start of a close friendship, as well as a professional collaboration, which would span almost a decade.
Over the last nine years, we have both experienced personal and professional challenges, which have led to deep examination of our values and beliefs. Like most people, at times throughout our journey we have lost ourselves, or simply chosen to hide our true self, and experienced extended periods of inauthenticity. During these periods we have supported each other to explore who we are, what we stand for and how we fit into the world in a meaningful way.
Whilst supporting one another during these deeply challenging moments, we quickly came to realise that we share similar ways of viewing the world. This alignment between our values and beliefs provides us with an excellent foundation to understand ourselves, support each other and find meaning through supporting others.
M-A-P Performance is the product of personal growth and professional experience over the last nine years, providing us both with meaning and purpose in our own lives.
